Murder Suspect Taken Back to Georgia - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock man accused of murder is back in Georgia. Georgia authorities picked up Kelsey Ruth from the Lubbock County Jail Friday. That's where Ruth has been held since he turned himself in June 15th. He is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend Tai Morgan in Decatur, Georgia. She's the same woman, Ruth served jail time for assaulting here in Lubbock, years earlier.
