A former West Texas district attorney will spend even more time in prison. On Monday, Richard Roach pleaded guilty to a state charge of methamphetamine possession with intent to deliver.
He was sentenced to 18 years for that charge. He's already serving a five year federal sentence for a drug-related firearms charge. Officers searched his car, home and office in 2005 and found drugs and more than 35 guns.
