Escape Suspect Indicted By Lubbock Grand Jury

A man who tried to escape from the Lubbock County Courthouse is now facing a trial there.

This, after a Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted 26-year old Lacharles Curtis. He's charged with one count of escape.

You'll recall back on May 30th, Lacharles sparked a police chase after he ran away from the courthouse, downtown. He was there for gun and domestic violence charges. But, he learned there was a warrant for his arrest.
