We begin at Fuddruckers at 5501 Slide Road where inspectors cited four critical violations.
Other violations include: Wiping cloths found stored on the counter, they must be in sanitizer between uses. Bottled water was stored below raw food products. Hand sinks and equipment were found soiled.
Management at Fuddruckers forwarded all comments to their corporate office, but did say that, "All violations were corrected on site." The report shows that as well.

And to the other low performer this week - Joe's Crab Shack at 5802 W. Loop 289 also had four critical violations.
Other violations include: Juices from salmon left on a counter were spreading over the food prep-table. The door on the ice machine was missing. The refrigerator door handle and the exterior of a drink mix container were soiled. The gauges on the ware washing unit were difficult to read.
