One of the four Lubbock men arrested in last week's drive by shooting is now free.
Raymond Lee Jefferson was released from the Lubbock County Jail just before 1pm Monday afternoon. Sheriff's deputies tell us charges against him were dropped.
Jefferson was arrested with three others last week in connection to Wednesday's drive by shooting in South-Central Lubbock. 21-year-old Undra Lamar Baker was nearly killed in that shooting after he was struck in the head by at least one of the sixty bullets that were fired in the 1600 Block of 59th Street.
The other three suspects arrested are still in the Lubbock County Jail.
