Charges Dropped Against Second Suspect In Drive By Shooting

Lubbock Police have now dropped charges against two of the four men arrested in a July 5th drive by shooting.

Officers say Larry Williams was misidentified as a suspect. However, he is still being held at the Lubbock County Jail on an unrelated charge. Two days ago, charges were also dropped against Raymond Lee Jefferson.

The other two suspects, Adrian Walker and Steven Sanders, are still in jail. It's been exactly seven days since the drive by shooting happened in the 1600 Block of 59th Street. The only victim, Undra Baker, remains at UMC in critical condition.
