A 28-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a Lubbock girl, at least twelve times.

The Lubbock District Attorney's office filed felony charges against Johnny Satchell, Wednesday, in Lubbock Federal Court. Court documents say the sexual assaults began when the girl was 2-years-old.
