A Lubbock County Judge will determine if six lottery winners should share their jackpot with a seventh person.
The women collected their checks in Austin in June. Betty Domingo believes she should have been there with the group. According to a lawsuit, she claims that one of the winners offered to let her in on their pool as long as she paid her back. After learning one of the tickets matched all six numbers, Domingo claims the woman changed her mind.
Until now, a Travis County Judge was overseeing the case. Since all the women involved are from the Lubbock area, the judge ordered a change in venue.
