Lubbock Man Receives Life Sentence For Sexual Assault

James Frye of Lubbock was convicted of sexual assault, and received the maximum sentence Wednesday.

July 25th, 54-year old James Frye was found guilty of sexually assaulting a young family member. Prosecutors say he inappropriately touched the child on several occasions.

July 26th, Frye was sentenced to life in prison, with a $10,000 fine.
