Lubbock Sheriff's Deputies Investigate Stabbing - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Lubbock County Sheriffs Deputies are investigating a stabbing overnight. It involved a woman, and her brother's girlfriend.

A witness drove the victim, 43-year old Mary Jane Torres, to US 84 and Woodrow Road where they were met by Sheriff's deputies just after 3 o'clock in the morning. EMS then took her to a Lubbock hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not life threatening, however her condition is being withheld at the request of her family.

Charges are pending against the suspect, and possibly the victim, as well.
