Believers See Virgin Mary in a Seminole Tree

People from all over the region are coming to see a tree in Seminole. It sits in Virgina Garza's front yard. Lightning struck the tree last year and over-time, a shape formed that many say is the Virgin Mary. Some, like Garza believe the tree has healing powers. She said her brother was nearly paralyzed and in extreme pain until he touched the tree.

Garza says, "My brother said when I got down those steps, I went and touched the Virgin Mary and he said you're not going to believe this, but the next day I woke up with no pain."

If you would like to see the tree for yourself, it's at 510 Northwest Avenue I in Seminole.
