Buffalo Springs Lake Boat Races Canceled

The boat races Sunday at Buffalo Springs Lake have been canceled.  

You'll recall the last race there on June 18th sent two people to the hospital after a boat and a jet ski collided. The collision cost the 18-year-old jet skier his leg.  

Sources tell NewsChannel 11 that the lake must get insurance for the races before they can continue.
