Pedestrian Killed After Being Hit By Car - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A driver has turned himself in after hitting a pedestrian.

Witnesses say Richard Brenan was struck by a black Taurus at 4th and Quaker around 10:30 Thursday night. EMS arrived to find witnesses performing CPR, but it wasn't enough. The 59-year-old died after being taken to University Medical Center.

The driver turned himself into Lubbock police Friday morning.
