Police Search for Two Armed Robbers

Lubbock police found the getaway car but no suspects in an armed robbery. 

The incident happened inside Texas Games in the 1600 block of 19th Street around 12:15 a.m. Friday.  Two men walked in, pointed a gun at two customers and demanded their cash.  According to a police report, they left with one dollar.  While searching for the suspects, officers found their car abandoned a few blocks away.

Police say the men are both teenagers.  One is about 5'3" and weighs around 120 pounds.  The other is about 5'6" and weighs around 140 pounds.

    A large water main break has prompted the City of Tahoka to shut off water to make repairs. The City posted the message about the break on their Facebook page around 6:30 Wednesday morning.  A boil water notice is in effect until further notice. Copyright 2017 KCBD. All rights reserved.
