An Afternoon Car Crash Leaves One Man Dead - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Investigators are trying to determine what caused a deadly accident under the 66th Street overpass on I-27.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. Friday. Witnesses say the driver was headed north on the interstate, when he veered off the road and then crashed.

The victim's name has not been released.
