Drive By Shooting Suspects Indicted

A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Steven Sanders and Adrian Walker on aggravated assault charges Tuesday.

The men are suspected in a drive by shooting in the 1600 block of 59th Street on July 5th.  That shooting left Undra Baker with critical injuries.

Baker is still hospitalized but he's now in satisfactory condition at University Medical Center.
