More water is on its way to El Paso but this time it's clean water not rain water.
Tuesday afternoon, the South Plains Food Bank loaded up twelve pallets full of water and cleaning supplies. The goods will be sent to El Paso where the city is trying to recover from severe flooding.
More than 15 inches of rain has fallen over El Paso since July 27th, causing an estimated $100 million in damage.
