More federal funding and more regional water planning is necessary. That's what the U.S. Democratic nominee for Senator, Barbara Radnofsky is proposing.
Radnofsky says, "This says Lubbock tap water and I'll tell you what I notice about it. There's not as much in here as in the Dallas bottle and I'm well aware of the drought problems and problems with water supply here."
Radnofsky expressed her concern about Lubbock's water supply during a campaign stop in the Hub City Wednesday morning. After the stop, she headed to Tulia and Amarillo for a rally and press conference. Radnofsky faces Republican Incumbent Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
