Lubbock Man Charged With Stalking

A Lubbock woman says a man followed her in a car and exposed himself to her. She says this went on for at least three days.

Authorities filed a felony charge of stalking against Fabian Guzman. The 24-year-old will be held on a $150,000 bond.
