Covenant Donates $50,000 to Wayland Baptist University - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Wayland Baptist University's Lubbock campus is getting a new building and a new sign.  Thursday, Covenant Health System donated $50,000 to help pay for the school's new sign.

The university will move to the old Charter Plains hospital site, at Quaker and North Loop 289 later this year.  The new location will be completely renovated, with more classrooms, more space, and more parking.  The site includes nineteen acres of land, which also offers plenty of room for expansion in the future.
