Tattoo Shop To Move Into South Plains Mall - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

August 10th, the Lubbock City Council approved a zoning change that would allow the Liquid Ink Tattoo Shop  to move into the South Plains Mall.

The approval did not come easily.  Two councilmen, Gary Boren and John Leonard argued the mall is for families but the rest of council says it's an issue of the property owners' rights.
