TTU Announces New Retirement Development For Alumni - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

The Texas Tech Alumni Association is announcing a new development project.

Wednesday, the association released architectural renderings for a new retirement community called Raider Ranch. Alumni will be eligible to purchase villas or condos, starting at $180,000.

Alumni Association Executive Vice President and CEO Bill Dean says, "Whatever revenue is accrued to the Texas Tech Alumni Association as a result of this project will be used for Texas Tech scholarships. There is no greater need to this school than scholarship dollars."
