Citibus Proposes New Route Changes

Citibus ridership is up 14% prompting the bus service to propose changes to better accommodate riders.

Citibus Operator Elva Chambers says, "We're giving information on the new routes changes which will take effect October 2nd if the city council approves it."

All this week, Citibus is making time to explain the changes and answer questions.  Representatives will be available at the transfer plaza, 801 Broadway through Saturday.

Next week, they'll hold two public hearings.  The first is Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the downtown transfer plaza. The next one is Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Citibus administrative office at 801 Texas. For more information, click here.
