Forty native foreigners can now call themselves Americans.
They took the oath Thursday at the Lubbock Federal Building. The oath marked the end of the naturalization process. All say they came to this country looking for a better life.

U.S. Congressman Randy Neugebauer was at the ceremony to welcome the new citizens.
