Lowe's Buffalo Barbeque Battle - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

It was a BBQ lovers dream out at Buffalo Springs Lake Saturday.

More than 100 cooks competed for top honors as the grand champion at Lowe's Buffalo Barbeque Battle.  The outdoor chefs grilled up various summer delights from chicken to ribs, brisket, pork, beans and even dessert.

We found our very own Pete Christy, judging the chicken, ribs and brisket category.
