Forecasters are predicting another one to two inches will fall in the Amarillo area which is where Lubbock's main water supply Lake Meredith is located. However, we've learned the rain isn't making much of a difference.
It's rained about five inches in Amarillo this month. As of Tuesday, Lake Meredith stands at 53.6 feet. That's the same level as the start of the month when the lake was considered a record low. The good news however is the level isn't dropping.
