Former Texas Tech Library Employee Indicted

A former Texas Tech's employee's alleged side book business is under investigation. August 22nd,  a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Jonathan Nunley on theft charges.

The 22 year old worked at the Texas Tech Library where he's accused of selling the university's books to a web site. He allegedly stole up to $70,000 dollars worth of books from April though August of this year.
