Light Pole Damaged in Crash - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

It may be dark along parts of North Loop 289.

A light pole was torn down during a collision just before 3:30 p.m. Saturday.  Officers say the driver of a Ford Taurus tried to cut in front of a semi to make the University exit and the two collided.

Two people were taken to the hospital for injuries. Their names and conditions have not been released.
