Man Arrested After Allegedly Running Over Woman - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An arrest has been made in a fatal accident in Shallowater.  Lance Willard was arrested for aggravated assault Monday morning.

Witnesses identified him as the an who allegedly backed over a woman during an argument at a family gathering. The woman, 59 year old Raylene Wier was killed. It apparently happened just after 2:30 Monday morning in the 8200 block of County Road 5840.
