Covenant Free Health Screening

There will be a Covenant Adult Health Screening this Saturday at the 1st Church of the Nazarene which is located at 6110 Chicago Avenue from  9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Screenings that will be offered are for blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, pap smears, prostate exams, skin cancer, and BMI (body mass index).
