If you're making sure your coffee is decaf to avoid the buzz, your insides may be buzzing anyway.
Researchers at the University of Florida analyzed the caffeine content of twenty-two decaffeinated beverages and found only one was truly caffeine free. For example, two latte's had as much caffeine as a regular soda about thirty milligrams.
While the caffeine levels were much lower than a normal cup of coffee it could still pose a problem for people on certain prescription medications that tell you to avoid the stimulant for health reasons.
The study warns those who drink several cups of "decaf" a day could end up with as much caffeine as regular coffee.
