You might take this into account, if you're trying to get pregnant. Extreme exercise may be working against the would-be daddy.

A study in the International Journal of Sports Medicine says men who normally exercise, but decide to step it up a notch may drop their sperm count by doing so. Researchers found men who exercised to exhaustion had lower sperm count afterwards compared to levels taken before the exercise.

The good news is, sperm levels returned to normal two or three days later. But when your trying to conceive and every day counts. The study suggests that extreme exercise may interfere with your plans.
