This boy is perfect! Burger Boy at 1902 34th Street had a flawless health inspection with zero critical violations. Domino's Pizza at 5815 82nd keeps this effect going with a perfect inspection as well. And if you need a meal in a hurry, Super Suppers at 5905 82nd Street is cooking up perfection.

The only school making the grade this week is Mahon Elementary at 2010 Cornell.

Here is a complete list of the restaurants and their violations for the week ending on 10/26/06.

Wright Elementary at 1302 Adrian had one critical violation.

  • Cheese sauce was found with an expired date mark.

Ed Iron Junior High at 5214 79th Street also had one critical violation.

  • Green beans, hamburgers and popcorn chicken were found between 102 and 113 degrees. Hot foods must be 135 degrees or hotter.

Buns Over Texas at 3402 73rd Street had four critical violations.

  • Raw chicken and hamburger patties were found at 46 and 47 degrees. Cold foods must be 41 degrees or colder.
  • Chili was not reheating to the proper temperature.
  • A thermometer was not available.
  • Soiled pans were with clean pans. Utensil bins were very soiled.

Management says, "All violations were corrected on site." The report shows that as well.

Furr's Cafeteria at 6001 Slide Road also had four critical violations.

  • Liver and chicken fried steak were 72 and 63 degrees. That's more than 30 degrees above the safe temperature of 41 degrees.
  • Employees were not properly washing hands.
  • The black-eye pea bin was moldy. The report states that workers were not cleaning out the bin before adding new food.
  • Black specks were found in the sugar bin and the bin was heavily soiled.
  • Utensils and pans were soiled.

Management says, "Everything was corrected on site and we look forward to working with the new health inspector."

Taste of China at 5605 Slide Road had four critical violations.

  • Watermelon, cantaloupe and pork were 47, 53 and 56 degrees - must be 41 degrees or colder.
  • An uncovered personal drink was found in the kitchen.
  • There were dented cans.
  • Soda nozzles were moldy. Utensils, a chip scoop, sugar bin and salt bins were soiled.

Management says, "They always do their best to keep everything clean." The report shows all violations were corrected on site.

Fox and Hound Pub and Grill at 4210 82nd Street had five critical violations.

  • Raw chicken was found at 45 instead of 41 degrees.
  • An employee did not wash hands before putting on gloves.
  • Cans were dented.
  • Egg rolls were found without a date mark.
  • Plates, knives and utensils were soiled.

Management says all violations have been corrected. The report shows most were corrected at the time of the inspection.

Hong Kong Super Buffet at 4845 50th Street had ten critical violations.

  • Fried chicken was not properly cooling.
  • Raw chicken, beef, pork, tofu, sushi, milk and eggs were found between 52 and 86 degrees. That's more than double the safe temperature of 41 degrees.
  • Sushi rice was 103 degrees. It must be at least 135 degrees.
  • Employees were eating in the kitchen. Uncovered drinks were also found.
  • Cracked eggs and dented cans were found.
  • There was potential cross-contamination of raw foods in a cooler.
  • Flies were found throughout the building and on raw chicken.
  • Toxic items were not properly stored.
  • Correct thermometers were not provided, others were not properly calibrated.
  • Dishes, utensils and a can opener were soiled. An ice scoop had a crack and hole in it.

Management says, "Food safety is our top priority." The report shows most violations were corrected at the time of the inspection.
