Most of us aren't too concerned about our diets on Thanksgiving Day, but we may be the day after, and to burn off those calories, you'll need to get moving.
We've compiled a typical thanksgiving menu including turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mash potatoes and gravy, green been casserole, candied sweet potatoes, a dinner roll with butter, a glass of wine and pumpkin pie for dessert. That comes to an estimated 1,840 calories.
To burn that off, you would need to walk more than 18 miles. About.com has created a Thanksgiving Calorie Calculator where you can enter your menu. Then it does the math and will tell you how much exercise you need to do to burn off you holiday meal.
