Greek Salad

Oregano Dressing

1 cup White Vinegar (or 1/2 cup Lemon Juice and 1/2 cup White Vinegar)
3/4 cup Dried Oregano
1/4 cup no-salt all purpose seasoning
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
3 cups Olive Oil

Mix vinegar, oregano, seasonings, sugar and feta in a blender. Blend on low and slowly add olive oil.

Use your choice of lettuce Romaine, Iceberg, leaf, etc... A good mix of greens is 1/2 Romaine and 1/2 Mescalun.

Greek Seasoning

3 Tbs. Sea Salt
2 Tbs. Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Tbs. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbs. Leaf Oregano
1/2 tsp. Paprika

Optional to taste:
Fructose
Lemon Oil
Lemon Peel Powder
Mint
