Starbucks Is Cutting Trans Fat

The Starbucks Corporation is ringing in the New Year with a more health conscious menu.

The coffee giant is cutting trans fats out of it's pastries, donuts and muffins in several major cities across the country, including Lubbock starting Wednesday.

Other stores across the country will follow suit as more food suppliers join the effort.

A Starbuck's spokesperson says they've been working on this project for the past two years.
