Doctors encourage preventive care for many women, such as an annual pap test to check for cervical cancer, or a mammogram to find breast cancer. Now, a new test that's just entered clinical study may give doctors and their female patients the first way to detect Uterine Cancer before symptoms occur.

Cytocore's Endoscan test flushes a small sample for cells from the Uterus, the cells are checked for reduced levels of a protein that in normal ranges cause cancerous cells to die a possible indication of cancerous changes in the uterus.
