It all started early Monday morning at 1:30 at the 7-11 on 34th and Memphis when a man is captured on store surveillance video shooting 21-year-old Chase Pendleton outside the store. Then on Tuesday, not even 48 hours after the incident occurred, Mitchell Erin Wachholtz was arrested for the crime. NewsChannel 11's Justin Michaels has the latest.

UPDATED 3:45 pm: A man wanted for questioning in a fatal shooting this week has been caught by police. Mitchell Erin Wachholtz was captured around 2:35 pm Tuesday near the intersection of 58th Street and University.
