Parents are in search of answers and peace of mind after Tuesday's massive toy recall for the second time in recent weeks. Mattel Inc. announced the recall of some 9 million toys in the U.S. because of dangerous lead paint and magnets.

A jury has found a Lubbock pastor guilty on four counts of indecency with a child. They were handed the case, late Wednesday afternoon.

Organizers of the petition to recall Lubbock City Councilwoman Linda DeLeon plan to protest Wednesday's decision by City Secretary Becky Garza. Garza announced a third party observer will not be allowed to watch city staff verify the recall petition. NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson has the details.
