Hale County authorities say a pickup was speeding on Farm to Market 400 just south of Plainview, when the driver lost control. The truck tumbled into a corn field.

Firefighters battled a mobile home fire just west of Lubbock Monday night. Family members tell NewsChannel 11 they were inside when their home caught fire, but all four got out okay.
