Electrial noise and problems with power lines could be the reason why one Lubbock woman is having to clean up a big mess in her backyard. Our investigation continues into problem power lines with two Lubbock power companies. A Lubbock man is now charged with manslaughter for allegedly strangling 34-year-old Jack Stanfield to death. A 911 call confirms the suspect tried to perform C.P.R., but despite those efforts, Stanfield died. Now, his family is dealing with a tragic irony. NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson has more.
