NewsChannel 11 has learned the siblings and cousins of a Lubbock infant, who drowned Wednesday, are now in the custody of Child Protective Services. CPS is doing its own investigation into the drowning, parallel to Lubbock Police. NewsChannel 11's Ben Lawson has more.
