Lubbock's Troy Wesley is being inducted into the Archery Hall Of Fame in Temple, Texas on February 24, 2007.
Troy a long time resident of Lubbock graduated from Monterey High School and attended South Plains College. Troy, at age 44, is the youngest person ever inducted.
Troy's archery career began at the young age of 4. He won his first Texas State Championship at age 9. He has gone on to win 31 State, Sectional and National Championships. He holds seven high score records at this time.
Troy served as Texas Field Governor District II in 1996, Texas Field Governor District I from 1999 to 2003 and TFAA President from 2003 to 2005.
