If your kids aren't with you now, here's a story you'll want to tell them about.
Twenty-six year old Ryan Lipscomb, a graduate student in Madison, Wisconsin, was knocked off his bicycle in a hit and run accident. But the really scary part came after that when a delivery truck then accidentally ran over his head.
A trauma surgeon at University of Wisconsin says Ryan is alive today because he was wearing a helmet. The helmet was destroyed but Ryan left the scene of that accident Friday with just a concussion and he returned to school Tuesday.
