Five months after being stripped of its sexually oriented business permit, the owner of Boom Boom Cabaret is filing a request for an injunction.

Charles Ault appeared in a Lubbock court on Wednesday, to ask a judge to restore the club's permit.

A judge will decide the club's fate at a later date.
