Lubbock Teen to be Tried as an Adult

A Lubbock teen will be tried as an adult for a hold up at Texas Games. The court has certified that Cody Ramirez, 17, will be tried as an adult for aggravated robbery.

Last December, Ramirez and an accomplice allegedly robbed Texas Games in the 1600 block of 19th Street. Ramirez reportedly fired at officers during a foot chase after the robbery.
