Accused Kidnapper Indicted for Use of Stolen Vehicle - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock County grand jury has indicted an accused kidnapper for using a stolen vehicle during the alleged abduction.  

In addition to the unlawful use of a motor vehicle, Gilbert Gallegos is also facing aggravated kidnapping charges. He allegedly took Rosa Cervantes, 10, from Smyer Elementary School in a stolen vehicle earlier this month. The two were found at a Lubbock supermarket later that day.

Gallegos' kidnapping charges are expected to go before a Hockley County grand jury at a later date.
