Nelson Receiver Files Plans to Recover Stolen Money - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

As a former Lubbock business man spends 25 years in a jail cell, the process of returning the money he stole is underway. Jonathan Nelson is serving his sentence after he pleaded guilty to stealing nearly 78 million dollars from his former employer, Patterson UTI.

Now, the man charged with returning that money is filing his plans to do so. Documents filed in Lubbock Federal Court, suggest that action is being taken to reimburse the Internal Revenue Service, attorneys, the Texas Comptroller, and Patterson UTI.
