Storms Cause Flooding on Roadways

More storms caused flooding on the roadways last night. NewsChannel 11's Nicole Pesecky explains what you can expect as you make your way out this morning.

Things are starting to dry up a little bit this morning after construction work caused extensive flooding overnight.

Most roads should be fine for you as you make your way out Monday morning. But be careful at intersections or where roads are known to flood. As Steve mentioned we are expected to get more storms tonight, so it's likely you could see more flooding like last night's.

Some things to remember...make sure your headlights are on, give your self a little more time when driving, and be extra cautious for flooding in construction sites. The more rain we get, the more the possibility for flash flooding in the area.
