Body of Lubbock Man Identified in Oklahoma

Federal marshals have arrested three people in Texas for the death of a Lubbock man found dead found floating on the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma.

Investigators believe Tristan York, 26, died on May 23rd. His body was found four days later. An autopsy found he had been beaten, stabbed and shot. He was identified by his fingerprints.

On Saturday night, federal marshals arrested Bobby Don Mullinix, Charles Bussey and Linda Haworth in Mineral Wells, Texas. Mullinix and Bussey are charged with first-degree murder and Haworth is accused of being an accessory after the fact.

Investigators say Bussey and Haworth live in Durant, Oklahoma, and York was staying with them after being released from the Bryan County, Oklahoma, jail where he was being held on drug charges.

Investigators are still trying to determine a motive for the killing.
